First off the service 10/10 very friendly and had a good chat. Very wide range of food wanna try out those spicy chicken bites but too broke right now 🥀. And also Kristina Dennis I did get my toy truck back 👍. The hot chips from Down the Hatch are golden and crispy on the outside, yet fluffy and warm inside. Perfectly salted and seasoned, they’re mouthwatering, addictive, and absolutely delicious. Each bite is crunchy and satisfying, making them the ultimate comfort food—irresistible, hearty, and full of flavour. That’s all chat gpt because I can not fathom how good they are 🥲. I would definitely recommend for anyone even if u live in a different country fly over to try. I would give a 67/5 but it only goes up 5. Keep up the exquisite work 🤩.

Go to shop when I’m coming through town and looking for a snack or meal! Wonderful salads - with even better dressings! Chips and other bits and pieces are always up to scratch too. Rosie is lovely. Always excellent service from her. The other woman can seem a bit gruff but is quite lovely. Always happy to support this business.

Had fish and chips here along with spicy crunchy chiken and salad. Whilst the spicy chicken was nice and crunchy, I think that serving tomato sauce should be standard when serving chips. The fish was a bit bland and I could not see any salt and vinegar station. Overall, it was just ok.

Stopped by this chicken shop under new ownership and tried the $10 chicken roll and chips combo. Chips were really nice but the chicken rolls already have some kind of mayonnaise on them before the gravy goes on top. I'll deffinately be back and grab one of their BBQ chickens next time and see if I can get a chicken roll without the mayonnaise 👍
